IES Consulting were appointed to carry out daylight and energy modeling of the Tesco development in Tain, Scotland. The assessment included a zonal daylighting analysis for BREEAM Credit HEA 01 followed by a ventilation strategy optimisation. To complete the project a Section 6 compliance and EPC was produced.
