The development succesfully achieved Gold status through LEED 2009 NC Certification.

IES performed the EAp2/EAc1 assessment to determine 5 credits would be achieved. The proposed expansion demonstrated a 21.6% saving on anergy and cost saving compared to the baseline building. IES VE software was used to conduct the Performance Rating Method (PRM) through the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 Appendix G route.
