IES Atlanta office facilitated the certification of this LEED Platinum Core and Shell project.
Phase 1 of the commerical development is a 51 storey building totalling approx. 1.2 million gross square feet while occupying a building footprint of approx. 85,000 square feet. At the time of registration no version of LEED Canada CS existed thereofre the building was certified under the US version of LEED. A number of sustainable design strategies were implemented to optimize the energy and water systems integration within the building.
