IES TaP is an online tool for managing the evidence gathering and credit tracking process for BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments. It has been designed to keep all projects and evidence documents in one place and take the hassle out of managing this process through email or fax. Ultimately speeding up the evidence submission process saving the Assessor time and money, and allowing the Assessor to realistically take on more projects over and above their current maximum.

IES TaP is run entirely online so you do not need to install any software. This means all users can access their projects anytime, anywhere, from any computer or device with an Internet connection.

IES TaP is aimed at the Assessor but it is used by all members of the project team. The Assessor has additional functionality which project members do not such as approving documents. All users responsible for providing evidence will be given their own login to access the project.

All BREEAM and Code schemes are supported inculding BREEAM 2011. Bespoke schemes can be created for scheme specific projects on request.

Project team members are asigned responsibility for providing evidence and can upload evidence documents through the portal. Design team members can see their individual responsibilities and progress at any time. Your project is set up with a fully organised credit system which means that the evidence documents are stored under the relevant credit.

We support uploading all file types, be that PDF, AutoCad drawings, emails, Word documents etc. We do not impose a size limit but operate a "fair usage policy". Completed projects will have their documents archived. This means you do not have to worry about going over your email size limit if using a manual email approach.

Yes, we take security very seriously. All data transfer is 256bit SSL encrypted which means it cannot be read by anyone else. All data is backed up daily to prevent any data loss in accordance with industry best practice.

Yes IES TaP covers BREEAM international.

We recommend that the 30 day Trial be used after you have attended the FREE webinar demonstration. The trial can be used to evaluate the software further and test out the features you have already seen in the webinar. We do not recommend you sign up a live project to the trial as you will confuse the design team members.
