Free Lunch-N-Learn: IESVE NECB Navigator (coming soon) - Toronto

We're pleased to be hosting a free Lunch-N-Learn event in Toronto on April 25th introducing our new NECB2011 Workflow Navigator for the IESVE-2018 (coming soon). This new Navigator will automatically generate the Canadian Reference Building, so demonstrating compliance in Canada couldn’t be easier. The new Navigator allows for the sizing, simulation, and reporting of a Building Design compared against the Reference Building while integrating the requirements of the National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings.

Plus, we'll demonstrate our HVAC Loads Analysis & Sizing tools available in IESVE. Our HVAC sizing tools uses ASHRAE-prescribed methods to generate accurate HVAC Loads for building, plant, system, zone and room; while simultaneously integrating two-way integration with today's BIM platforms

This session will provide an overview of the VE and specific applications that will enhance your energy modeling experience and results. Attendees will be provided with a Guidance Document on Modeling for NECB2011 with the VE2017.

About the NECB2011 Standard

The National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings 2011 (NECB) provides minimum requirements for the design and construction of energy-efficient buildings and covers the building envelope, systems and equipment for heating, ventilating and air-conditioning, service water heating, lighting, and the provision of electrical power systems and motors. It applies to new buildings and additions.
