Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) is a global market leader in providing software and consulting services specialising in building performance analysis, with the aim of designing and operating energy efficient buildings.
The business was established 25 years ago with a purpose to help create sustainable built environments and have a positive effect on limiting the environmental impact of urban development. Since then, the work carried out by IES has remarkably resulted in stopping the equivalent of 31 power stations being built to cope with energy demand globally.
Through a mixture of acquisitive and organic growth, IES now has operations in Glasgow, Dublin, Atlanta, Melbourne, Singapore and Pune, with around 200 staff globally.
The business is now at a critical point in its growth and has ambitious plans to significantly increase its size over the next 3 years. To help deliver this the Global Sales Director will develop new markets and territories, with a primary focus on its new suite of products and services.
The Global Sales Director will sit on the Executive leadership team and work very closely with the CEO to drive market penetration and define a new Sales strategy. They will lead a team of Regional Business Development Managers to create territory business development plans and a consultative sales solution for each individual market.
With overall responsibility for driving worldwide sales, both in terms of software and consultancy, they will develop relationships with key accounts and potential new customers, working across the business to ensure a co-ordinated sales and marketing strategy.
